So far there have been 113 identified cannabinoids found in cannabis. As more research is being done, scientists are discovering that specific benefits can be attributed to specific cannabinoids. While more reseach is needed, the results are promising as doctors continue to find more medical benefits through the use of cannabis.

Our legal nightmare in Douglas County is (kind of) over. We are relieved, but believe that this entire situation could have been addressed in a much easier, and less costly way. The financial burden of a case like ours doesn't just fall on the shoulders of the accused. Whether it is realized or not, this kind of senseless prosecution comes at a cost to tax payers as well. We have become a society of people where the first step to solving a problem or clearing up confusion immediately involves the court system. File charges first, then ask questions and investigate. It seems totally backwards, but this is exactly what is happening across the country to people involved in the hemp industry. Our story is not unusual. The same exact situation has occurred in Tennessee, Florida, Texas, & Nebraska, to name a few. What happened to using common sense to solve problems?
